## [cogvideox](https://ailoot.ai/models/en/cogvideox/)

CogVideoX creates a video from a written shot brief through Ailoot. Describe the subject, action and camera, then follow the original request to its completed video outputs.

- [**Ailoot Ultra · Video** `POST /v1/videos` `cogvideox`](https://ailoot.ai/models/en/cogvideox/#method-0)

About the model

This description covers the model’s capabilities. Available in Ailoot inputs, outputs and options are listed for the selected method below.

Select cogvideox in a /v1/videos request and supply prompt with the scene you want to create. Describe the subject, setting and visible action as one coherent shot. Give the camera a clear position and explain how the composition should change during the action.

For a product scene, name the object, surface, lighting and one visible movement. For a character shot, describe the starting pose, action and final position. Keep the intended endpoint in the prompt so the result can be assessed as a complete moment. Retain the exact brief with the chosen video when preparing a later variation.

Keep the returned request ID and poll the same original operation. CogVideoX uses PROCESSING and SUCCESS states; the completed response supplies video\_result\[\].url. Save every returned video and the full response, then review the entire shot for the requested action and continuity.

### Pricing

##### How the final charge is calculated

The displayed rates estimate the cost before generation. The final charge is calculated from the cost recorded for the original generation. Measured output duration and forecast quantities are not the final billable quantity.

Tariff references do not add request options. Supported parameters are listed for the selected method.

Ailoot reserves an estimated amount before a request. After the result, it settles the final charge from measured usage. Streaming settlement uses the final usage record. [How reservation and settlement work →](https://ailoot.ai/docs/en/billing/reserve/)
