## [Meta: Muse Glimmer 30B](https://ailoot.ai/models/en/meta-muse-glimmer-30b/)

Muse Glimmer is a Meta model for multi-step planning, coding and tool use. Ailoot's current catalogue presents text inputs for it.

About the model

This description covers the model’s capabilities. Available in Ailoot inputs, outputs and options are listed for the selected method below.

#### Agentic work from a task to a result

Muse Glimmer combines planning, code work, function calling, visual understanding and recovery after unsuccessful actions. The model is intended for extended tasks in which an assistant retains a plan, uses tools and analyzes the returned results. It can also prepare synthetic data and assess other models' answers.

#### Understanding the working environment

Ailoot's current catalogue presents only text inputs for this model. The manufacturer also provides interleaved text and images with a text response. Using this visual capability requires a method that explicitly accepts images. With such visual input, the model can analyze screenshots, charts, documents and illustrations alongside conversation. Up to 4096 visual tokens are provided per image. To perform an external action, the application supplies a tool; the model selects the function and its arguments.

If an action fails or its result differs from what was expected, the model is trained to analyze the error and continue the task. This is an ability to reason about failure, not a guarantee of successfully correcting every problem.

#### Scale and reasoning depth

The dense causal architecture contains approximately 29.6 billion parameters together with a separate perception encoder. Local and global attention alternate in its layers. Shared context for input and response is 131,072 tokens or more. The model is distilled from Muse Spark.

The levels `low`, `medium`, `high` and `xhigh` are supported. Deeper options are intended for complex programming and agentic tasks. Knowledge in the training data is limited to January 4, 2026; training covers more than one hundred languages.

#### Known limitations

The variety of training languages does not mean that each has been tested for a particular task. Inaccuracies and errors in long reasoning are possible, especially in unfamiliar situations. Audio input and output are not supported. Video is not a separately optimized modality: visual processing uses individual frames. The model's result is text; automatic execution of actions depends on the supplied tools.

Practical task

### Plan a correction after a failed action

Technical example in English

```
Plan a correction after a failed action
A proposed deployment script copied config.json into ./dist, but the supplied command result is: cp: ./dist: No such file or directory; exit 1. The build creates ./build, and the deployment contract requires config.json beside ./build/app.js. Propose the next code change and a check. Do not claim the copy or deployment succeeded.
```

#### Expected result

```
A focused script-change proposal with the evidence behind it and a post-change filesystem check.
```

#### Check the result

```
Check that the destination follows the stated ./build contract and the failed command remains recorded as failed.
```

Ailoot reserves an estimated amount before a request. After the result, it settles the final charge from measured usage. Streaming settlement uses the final usage record. [How reservation and settlement work →](https://ailoot.ai/docs/en/billing/reserve/)

Model-level reference schedules do not change method selection, quotes or charges. Active charges use the selected Ailoot method rates.

##### Keep all completed results

Keep every complete returned response, file and content part.

Keep every choice and its content/tool calls/reasoning. In SSE assemble deltas by choice/tool index, retain the final finish reason and usage.

##### If the original response needs checking

Keep request/response IDs and headers. No generic text job retrieval URL is supplied.
