Qwen-Plus (2025-07-14) is a Qwen3-Plus text snapshot with Thinking and Non-Thinking modes. It supports analytical and direct writing tasks, with a documented 131,072-token context, 98,304-token input limit and 16,384-token output limit.

About the model

This description covers the model’s capabilities. Available in Ailoot inputs, outputs and options are listed for the selected method below.

Qwen-Plus (2025-07-14) is the July 14 snapshot of Qwen3-Plus. It accepts text and produces text, combining Thinking and Non-Thinking modes in the same model. The dated name identifies this edition separately from the moving Qwen-Plus aliases and other snapshots.

#### Choose the depth of the task

Thinking mode serves work that benefits from analysis before the final answer. Give it the options, conditions and criteria needed for a comparison, or the passages needed to resolve a question. Ask for the conclusion and the supporting explanation so the reader can follow how the supplied information affects the result.

Non-Thinking mode serves direct tasks such as revising a passage or preparing a concise response. The manufacturer describes improvements to Chinese and English capabilities in this mode and enhanced tool calling relative to the preceding edition. Those descriptions concern this July snapshot; they do not assign the properties of a later release to it.

#### Turn source text into a useful artifact

A document task can compare two sets of requirements and return shared conditions, contradictions and open questions. Label the source passages and define how to handle a detail that appears in only one of them. A writing task can supply a draft, audience and required facts, then request a revision with a brief change note. Keep source material separate from instructions to make the result easier to check.

For a continuing conversation, carry forward the selected conclusion and the constraint being changed. A follow-up can refine one section, add an example or reconsider an option using newly supplied information. State the desired form of the next answer—a table, explanation or completed passage—so the response has a clear purpose.

#### Optional functions and response structure

Feature support varies between the manufacturer’s regional deployment configurations. Some of those configurations support function calling and structured outputs. In a function-capable integration, the application defines the available actions, receives the model’s chosen arguments, executes the action and supplies its result. A structured answer instead organizes the response into requested fields. Prefix completion continues supplied assistant text. These are separate interface features; their exposure depends on the integration used for the request.

#### Input and output limits

The documented context window is 131,072 tokens, with up to 98,304 input tokens and 16,384 output tokens. Organize a long assignment around its relevant source passages and leave room for the requested response. For a structured result, define field names and the treatment of absent values, then check both the form and meaning of the returned content. The text output can become an analytical note, a revised document section or a response grounded in the material supplied.

Practical task

### Compare changed acceptance requirements

Technical example in English

```
Compare changed acceptance requirements
Compare specification A with revision B. A: exports contain every active account and use comma-separated columns. B: exports contain active accounts updated in the last 30 days and use tab-separated columns; account IDs remain unchanged. Return shared conditions, changed conditions and questions needing clarification. Treat B as the newer source without inventing a timezone or cutoff boundary.
```

#### Expected result

```
A three-part comparison with source labels and explicit unresolved cutoff details.
```

#### Check the result

```
The answer preserves unchanged IDs and flags the undefined 30-day boundary instead of supplying one.
```
