About the model

This description covers the model’s capabilities. Available in Ailoot inputs, outputs and options are listed for the selected method below.

Wan2.7-Image-Pro is an Alibaba model for creating images from text. The current Ailoot card publishes text input and an image result. The manufacturer also provides editing, combining references and local changes; these methods require separate image-input support and are not included in the card's current method.

In the manufacturer's reference mode, up to nine source images can be supplied with a description of which elements from each should be used. When editing, the model preserves the main subject, changes selected details or assembles a new composition from several materials. To guide changes more precisely, up to two rectangular regions can be marked in one input image.

#### Palette and complex prompts

Outside sequential series, a palette of 3–10 colors can be specified. Reasoning mode is intended for ordinary text-to-image generation without references or a sequential series: the model analyzes the scene description beforehand.

In Alibaba's specification, ordinary output includes one to four images. For a narrative series, an upper limit of up to 12 can be set; the model chooses the actual number according to the prompt. A series can use text and references to maintain shared character traits and coherent story development. Palette control and reasoning do not apply in this mode.

#### Resolution depends on the mode

The 4K level is supported for ordinary text-to-image generation without references or a sequential series. Image-based editing and sequential series are limited to 2K. These designations specify pixel area rather than equal lengths for every dimension. The frame format can be selected between 1:8 and 8:1; when editing with a preset resolution, the aspect ratio follows the last reference. Results are saved as PNG.

For methods using input images, Alibaba accepts JPEG, JPG, PNG without transparency, BMP and WEBP. Limits are 20 MB per file, 240 to 8000 pixels for each dimension, and an aspect ratio from 1:8 to 8:1. Chinese and English are supported for text prompts, with a maximum of 5000 characters and any excess truncated. Negative prompts and prompt expansion are not provided in this version. A random seed helps maintain similarity between variations but does not ensure an exact repeat.

### Receive and save results

#### Ailoot · Images

Download each returned image or save its Base64 contents

- `GET /v1/media/tasks/{task_id}`
- `GET /v1/media/assets/{asset_id}/content`
- `GET /v1/media/assets`
- `GET /v1/media/assets/{asset_id}`

##### Keep all completed results

Save every completed image; retrieve each returned URL or decode its Base64 contents.

Save every data item. Decode each b64\_json or fetch every returned signed URL. Select a filename extension from the actual MIME/bytes.

##### If the original response needs checking

If an image generation or edit result requires a check, keep the original operation\_id/X-Client-Request-ID and returned result information. Recover existing owned results through the media library using actual task\_id or asset\_id values. Do not resubmit the generation/edit request or construct a polling URL from operation\_id.

| Response`server_error` | ConditionThe returned response says the operation or result requires a check | Next stepKeep the original returned operation/task ID, request headers and response; continue supported reads of that original operation. Do not resubmit the creation request. |
