Zhipu: CogView 4 250304

CogView 4 250304 is the separately named CogView 4 selector cogview-4-250304 for text-to-image work. Use it when a workflow needs this exact model identity, with a written scene brief, CogView-specific dimensions, quality and watermark settings. It returns image URLs through a synchronous image-generation response.

About the model

This description covers the model’s capabilities. Available in Ailoot inputs, outputs and options are listed for the selected method below.

CogView 4 250304 is Zhipu's named cogview-4-250304 model in the CogView image-generation family. Use the complete selector when this is the edition you want to preserve in a creative workflow. Its Ailoot Ultra method is POST /v1/images/generations, with model and prompt as the required string fields. The input for this profile is a written image description.

Prepare the brief around a visible deliverable. An editorial illustration might describe a person waiting at a station, the weather, the relationship between the subject and background, and the desired colour treatment. For a product scene, name the product arrangement, viewpoint, surface and lighting. Explain which details matter most, then compare those details with the generated file. Keeping the brief and exact selector together makes later revisions easier to assess.

The CogView-specific dimension guidance includes square 1024x1024, portrait 768x1344 or 864x1152, landscape 1344x768 or 1152x864, and wide or tall 1440x720 or 720x1440. For custom dimensions, each side is between 512 and 2048 pixels, each is divisible by 16, and the total pixel count cannot exceed 2^21. Plan the subject placement for the chosen frame instead of treating a change of dimensions as a simple crop.

The documented quality values are standard and hd; the CogView default is standard. watermark_enabled controls the watermark and defaults to true. The optional user_id is a 6-to-128-character string for the end-user identifier. Preserve the selected quality and watermark settings with the result, especially when collecting several candidates for the same design task.

The image request completes synchronously with created and a data array whose items contain url. Save each actual returned image and retain the complete response. A group of returned URLs is the output set; selecting one preferred image for a layout should not discard the others from the generation record. Keep the original request and response information when a connection ends before the complete result is known, and check the existing result before making another creation request. Ailoot stores these images as owned media assets and returns signed Ailoot links. Find the asset records through GET /v1/media/assets?family=image, following every next_cursor. Read GET /v1/media/assets/{asset_id} with each actual asset_id to obtain its content_url; read that same asset again if its signed link expires.

How the final charge is calculated

The displayed rates estimate the cost before generation. The final charge is calculated from the cost recorded for the original generation. Measured output duration and forecast quantities are not the final billable quantity.

Tariff references do not add request options. Supported parameters are listed for the selected method.
