About the model
This description covers the model’s capabilities. Available in Ailoot inputs, outputs and options are listed for the selected method below.
DeepSeek V3-0324 is DeepSeek’s named update to the V3 text model. Its model card presents improvements in reasoning, front-end development, Chinese writing, search-assisted report analysis and function calling. The task uses written instructions and source content and produces text, which can include code, a rewritten passage, a report or a defined output record. It remains separate from the original V3 and the later hybrid V3.1 edition.
Front-end development is a specific emphasis: DeepSeek describes more executable code and improved appearance for web pages and game interfaces. For a practical assignment, provide the required behaviour, content and target layout, together with the relevant code. An illustrative brief is: “Implement the described form workflow, preserve these field names and make the visual hierarchy clear. Return the component and explain how each required state is represented.” A generated implementation still needs to be inspected in the application where it will run.
Chinese writing gains improved style and content quality, particularly in medium-to-long passages, with interactive rewriting over multiple turns. The card also highlights translation and letter writing. State the audience, tone, required facts and the parts that may change. For a revision, identify the passage to edit and the meaning to preserve rather than asking for an unrelated replacement. This makes the output useful as a letter, article draft or rewritten explanation tied to the supplied brief.
The producer card documents improved function calling and supports JSON output and FIM completion. A function definition supplies the operation and its arguments; the model proposes a call, while the surrounding application executes it and returns the result. For a JSON record, give the fields and a clear example of the desired content. For fill-in-the-middle completion, provide the prefix and optional suffix and ask the model to complete the intervening text or code. These are distinct output workflows rather than a promise that an ordinary prose prompt automatically activates every mechanism.
The source card provides document and search-answer preparation formats. A document has a name, clearly delimited contents and the question to answer. Search results are indexed, and the producer’s answer template asks for source references next to the claims they support. Label your material and make the required comparison or conclusion explicit. External results must come from the supplied source material or a tool in the surrounding workflow; a written report is not proof that a search has occurred.
The producer documents a deployment-specific temperature mapping: a model value of 0.3 corresponds to an API value of 1.0 in its reference. For API values from 0 to 1, the model value is 0.3 times the API value; for values greater than 1 up to 2, it is the API value minus 0.7. Keep the distinction between those producer controls when comparing settings. This mapping belongs to the documented DeepSeek workflow and is not inferred for another application’s parameter handling.
V3-0324 uses the same model structure as V3, whose published family table has a 128K context and mixture-of-experts architecture. Keep the source material organised within the applicable context and leave space for the requested response. A long source collection does not define its own purpose, so specify whether the task should extract facts, explain, compare, rewrite or produce code. The exact named update retains its own improvements and should not inherit V3.1’s later hybrid-mode template.
For a useful final artifact, specify the answer language, mandatory details and the review criterion. A report can cite the supplied passages; a rewrite can preserve the approved facts while improving flow; a coding task can provide a focused implementation and its supporting explanation. Keep proposed changes separate from actions or validation that the application actually completed. The result is a reviewable text, code or structured record based on the requirements and evidence in the task.
Practical task
Rewrite a factual Chinese notice
Technical example in English
Rewrite a factual Chinese notice
Rewrite this notice in natural, polite Chinese for customers: '本周五18点系统维护。订单查询停用30分钟。已付款订单不受影响。不要重复付款。' Keep all four facts, make the sequence easy to follow and add a short heading. Return the revised notice followed by a one-sentence explanation of the editorial changes.Expected result
A Chinese heading and notice followed by one concise change note.Check the result
Check Friday 18:00, 30 minutes, paid-order status and the no-repeat-payment instruction remain intact.Ailoot Ultra · OpenAI Chat POST /v1/chat/completions deepseek/deepseek-chat-v3-0324
