GLM-Z1-AirX

GLM-Z1-AirX is a separate Zhipu text-reasoning profile for an explicit written problem and its explanation. Its published profile lists a 32,000-token context and a 30,000-token completion allowance.

About the model

This description covers the model’s capabilities. Available in Ailoot inputs, outputs and options are listed for the selected method below.

GLM-Z1-AirX is a separately named text-reasoning profile in Zhipu’s GLM-Z1 family. It takes a written question and produces a textual response. A useful request gives both the problem and the exact result to establish, so the explanation can be checked against the supplied conditions.

Structure a reasoning request

Start with the relevant facts and define any variables or terms. State whether the final artifact should be a calculation, a justification of a conclusion or a proposed solution. If the question permits several interpretations, identify the one that matters to your task and ask the answer to make any additional assumptions explicit.

For a follow-up, quote the step or conclusion you want to examine and retain the conditions that govern it. This supports a focused revision without making an earlier answer’s unstated interpretation part of the new problem.

Keep the profile and budget explicit

The published profile lists a 32,000-token context and a maximum completion allowance of 30,000 tokens. Input and response need room within the working context. Supply the passages needed for the reasoning task and request an explanation of an appropriate length rather than equating the completion maximum with a recommended answer size.

Save the exact GLM-Z1-AirX identity with the result when comparing profiles. AirX and GLM-Z1-Air are separate entries; the name alone does not establish a particular speed ratio or a different reasoning-control setting. The requested output is a text result whose conditions, reasoning and conclusion can be inspected together.

Practical task

Solve a scheduling constraint

Technical example in English

Solve a scheduling constraint

Three tasks use one machine. A takes 20 minutes and must finish before B starts. B takes 15 minutes. C takes 10 minutes and must finish before B starts. Starting at 09:00 with no gaps, find the earliest finish time for B. Give one valid schedule and explain why B cannot finish earlier.

Expected result

A timed schedule, earliest finish time and a short lower-bound justification.

Check the result

Verify A and C both finish before B and the machine never runs two tasks simultaneously.
