About the model
This description covers the model’s capabilities. Available in Ailoot inputs, outputs and options are listed for the selected method below.
Scribe v1 is an ElevenLabs speech-to-text configuration. Supply the recording in file and set model to scribe_v1. The transcription protocol accepts an uploaded audio file, audio URL or base64 with its media header. Requests use application/json or multipart/form-data.
Choose response_format from json, text, srt, vtt or verbose_json. Use text for a plain transcript, json or verbose_json for a structured result, and srt or vtt for timed subtitles. The optional language field identifies the audio language.
Keep the original audio and resulting transcript together so names, dates and quotations can be checked against the recording.
