About the model
This description covers the model’s capabilities. Available in Ailoot inputs, outputs and options are listed for the selected method below.
v0 1.5 Medium is a named composite model profile in Vercel’s v0 family. It is designed around generating and editing code for web applications. The maker’s architecture combines a base language model with relevant retrieved context, a Quick Edit path for smaller changes and an AutoFix component that checks and refines generated output.
Describe the application behavior
Give the page or feature to build, the actions its controls should support and the data it should display. A useful brief also states the existing framework, relevant code and the artifact to return. For an interface change, identify the current behavior and what should happen after the correction.
When a task starts from existing code, provide the parts needed to understand the change and explain which behavior to preserve. A focused request can ask for a component, a page or a patch whose relationship with the existing application is clear.
Understand the composite workflow
The maker describes a preparation stage that includes the conversation’s relevant context and retrieves specialized material such as documentation, UI examples and project sources. The base model handles new generations or larger changes. Narrow edits, such as updating text, correcting syntax or reordering components, can use the Quick Edit path.
AutoFix checks output while it streams and applies a further pass after generation. The maker also describes a linting step for style inconsistencies and simple errors. These components help prepare the returned code; the application still needs to save and run the artifact in its actual environment to inspect the behavior.
Review and refine the result
Compare the generated interface with the requested controls, states and data relationships. Provide the observed error or rendering when asking for a follow-up, and name the affected component. This keeps an iteration tied to a concrete part of the application.
The published profile lists a 128,000-token working context. Use that space for relevant sources and requirements, with room for the response. The v0 family’s composite architecture can update its base component without replacing the surrounding workflow, so its profile identity does not itself name immutable base-model weights.
This entry retains the 1.5 Medium profile. The Large profile and the earlier 1.0 Medium have their own identities. A returned code artifact and a running or deployed application remain separate stages that the surrounding development environment completes.
Practical task
Build an accessible filter control
Technical example in English
Build an accessible filter control
Create a vanilla HTML, CSS and JavaScript inventory filter using these rows: Pencil, stock 12; Notebook, stock 0; Eraser, stock 4. Add a labeled 'In stock only' checkbox and a visible result count. Toggling it must update the list and count; an empty result needs a text message. Return editable code and checks for both checkbox states.Expected result
An editable web-interface artifact with the labeled control, dynamic list/count and behavior checks.Check the result
Check the stock filter uses quantity greater than zero and the result count matches visible rows.Ailoot Ultra · OpenAI Chat POST /v1/chat/completions v0-1.5-md
