vidu-q2
Vidu Q2 creates a video from a text scene brief. Choose a one- to ten-second duration, frame ratio and resolution, then follow the original Ailoot operation to completion.
About the model
This description covers the model’s capabilities. Available in Ailoot inputs, outputs and options are listed for the selected method below.
Select vidu-q2 with model and prompt at /v1/videos. The request offers durations from one to ten seconds, 540p, 720p or 1080p resolution and aspect_ratio choices 16:9, 1:1, 9:16, 4:3 or 3:4. Use the frame shape that fits the destination.
Build the prompt around a subject, setting, one readable action and camera direction. A brief shot can show a gesture or a reveal; a longer selection can allow a movement to settle into a final pose. State the end composition explicitly. Retain the prompt and chosen duration so the completed action can be checked against the time available.
Submit the shot once through /v1/videos and keep the returned request ID. Poll that same operation through /v1/videos/{request_id}, then save every completed video output and the complete response. Review the full action and final composition against the supplied material and brief.

How the final charge is calculated
The displayed rates estimate the cost before generation. The final charge is calculated from the cost recorded for the original generation. Measured output duration and forecast quantities are not the final billable quantity.
Tariff references do not add request options. Supported parameters are listed for the selected method.

Ailoot reserves an estimated amount before a request. After the result, it settles the final charge from measured usage. Streaming settlement uses the final usage record. How reservation and settlement work →
