Recraft: Recraft V4.1 Pro Vector

Recraft V4.1 Pro Vector creates editable SVG artwork for logos, lettering and detailed illustrations. It is the Pro vector edition of the V4.1 family, combining text prompts with optional image and style inputs while preserving a vector deliverable.

About the model

This description covers the model’s capabilities. Available in Ailoot inputs, outputs and options are listed for the selected method below.

Recraft V4.1 Pro Vector is the Pro SVG edition of Recraft’s V4.1 image-generation family. It is designed for work where the result should remain editable vector artwork: a logo, typographic concept, icon or illustration. V4.1’s manufacturer presentation emphasises deliberate composition and illustration, while the exact model reference identifies this variant separately from the standard Vector, raster Pro and Utility editions. Its final image is an SVG rather than a high-resolution raster export.

The producer model code is recraftv4_1_pro_vector. Vector output has no fixed pixel size; the size reference accepts fourteen width-to-height ratios for vector models and does not accept exact pixel dimensions. Pro’s 2K raster settings therefore do not define this edition’s SVG resolution. Specify the intended proportion and how the artwork will be used. For a logo, the important deliverable is a legible silhouette and editable colour regions that can be adjusted in a design workflow.

The model supports text-to-image generation and optional custom style references. The documented prompt allowance is 10,000 characters. Preferred colours, a desired background colour and a random seed can guide the generation, and the workflow permits one to six outputs. A compatible saved style or reference images can establish a visual language; the style must match the model for which it was created. The main V4.1 line does not require a reference style in every request, unlike the dedicated V4 Styles family. For reference-style generation, use one to ten PNG, JPG or WebP images, no more than 64 MB in total and under 20 MB each. Each reference needs a shortest side of at least 256 pixels, a longest side of no more than 4,096 pixels and a resolution of no more than 16 megapixels. Use either these references or a compatible saved style, rather than both. For reference-style generation, flexible matching allows a looser interpretation, while precise matching follows the rendering, palette, composition and lighting more closely.

A useful vector brief defines the graphic type, shape logic, palette, line treatment and arrangement before adding decorative detail. For a garden-shop emblem, request a single sprout silhouette, rounded geometry, two flat colours and a centred lockup. For lettering, include the exact word and describe its hierarchy and shape, then inspect the returned SVG for readable counters, spacing and small-size clarity. The manufacturer’s vector examples support expressive typography and illustration; they are not a guarantee that every generated letter or path is already finished artwork.

Recraft documents a separate image-to-image workflow for V4.1 raster and vector models. It combines an existing image and a prompt, with strength from 0 to 1 controlling how far the new result moves from the original. Lower strength stays closer and higher strength permits more change. That operation does not accept V4/V4.1 custom style controls, so source-image transformation and reference-style generation should be prepared as distinct workflows. Image input may be PNG, JPG, WebP or SVG within the documented image limits. For image-to-image, supply PNG, JPG, WebP or SVG under 20 MB, no more than 16 megapixels, with both sides between 256 and 4,096 pixels.

V4.1 does not support curated style names, negative_prompt, text_layout, artistic_level or no_text controls. Specify the intended arrangement and lettering in the positive brief rather than relying on older V3 mechanisms. For a detailed brand asset, use the SVG as the working file, inspect the geometry and adjust colours or shapes as needed before placing it in the final layout. This Pro Vector edition retains its own identity; it is not interchangeable with the standard raster or Utility variants merely because they share the V4.1 name.

Through Ailoot, select this exact model ID in /v1/images/generations and supply the creative prompt. Retain every returned data entry, whether the response carries a URL or encoded image content, and save the actual bytes with their returned content type. Keep usage and any media task_id with the asset, then review its shapes, lettering and colour regions in the intended design.

How the final charge is calculated

The displayed rates estimate the cost before generation. The final charge is calculated from the cost recorded for the original generation. Measured output duration and forecast quantities are not the final billable quantity.

Tariff references do not add request options. Supported parameters are listed for the selected method.
