MarkdownYour balance is kept in US dollars. One-time top-ups range from $18 to $2000. Review the available payment methods, payment currency, total, exchange rate and fee on the payment page before confirming.

How to add funds
- Sign in to the Dashboard
- Open Pricing
Pricing can only be opened from within the Dashboard. A direct link without signing in will show a prompt to open it from the Dashboard.
- Choose an amount
In the Top up section, choose an amount from $18 to $2000. One-time top-ups have no bonus, but they do not expire.
- Review and confirm payment
Open the payment page and check the available method, payment currency, total, exchange rate and fee. Confirm payment after reviewing these terms.
- Done
Funds are credited after the payment is confirmed. The balance is shared across all keys on the account.
Scheduled top-ups
Scheduled top-ups are available only if the feature is enabled for your account in Pricing. A plan, a toggle, or a created order does not confirm an active automatic payment: bank confirmation and payment status are required. General availability of recurring charges is not promised here. Check current terms and status in the Dashboard.
Frequently asked questions
The payment went through, but my balance has not changed
Funds are usually credited within a few minutes. If there is a delay, email support@ailoot.ai, with your account email, the amount, and the payment time.
Can I get a refund?
